The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the Association of Oregon Centers for Independent Living, et al. (AOCIL) entered into a settlement agreement (Agreement) on November 2, 2016, to make state highways more accessible to the people with disabilities. Section 8 of that Agreement requires ODOT to report annually about its progress on specific tasks.
