Abstract/Description: | Our transportation system benefits from an amazing network of community partners who give their time and talents to serve fellow Oregonians. One such group, Friends of Trees Eugene Metro, helps us by beautifying our corridors as part of the Living Highways Program. In addition to aesthetic benefits, projects like the one work to improve soil and water quality, and provide a myriad of other public health benefits to nearby communities. |
