Abstract/Description: | Across Oregon, people suffer from the effects of substance use disorder. The Opioid epidemic in recent years has further increased the public's awareness of this important public health issue. In November 2020, Oregon voters approved Ballot Measure 110 (M110) as a first-in-the nation initiative with a unique governance structure and funding vehicle. The measure decriminalized possession of small amounts of controlled substances and redirected hundreds of millions in cannabis tax revenue for expanding addiction recovery and support services. |
