Abstract/Description: The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is proposing to implement tolls on the Interstate 205 (I-205) Abernethy Bridge and Tualatin River Bridges to raise revenue for construction of planned improvements to I-205, including seismic upgrades and widening, and to manage congestion. This Environmental Assessment, developed by ODOT in partnership with the Federal Highway Administration, presents an evaluation of the effects of tolls and the toll-funded I-205 improvements on the human and natural environment in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act.
