Project involves using funding from the American Renewal and Reinvestment Act to develop a facility for a live fish processing center, a marine research field station with dormitory and work space for visiting scientists, a "green" Port complex including a working waterfront and retail space and marine interpretive center for Oregon's first designated marine reserve. Partners in the project include the Port of Port Orford, the Port Orford Ocean Resource Team and the City of Port Orford.
