"This systematic review is designed to provide scientific guidance, per ORS 527.714 (5)(c), to the Board in addressing the following objective of the rule analysis, developed by the Board at their April 2012 meeting: Establish riparian protection measures for small and medium fish-bearing streams that maintain and promote shade conditions that insure, to the maximum extent practicable, the achievement of the Protecting Cold Water criterion"--Page 1-2.
