Community Planning Workshop (CPW) and the Institute for a Sustainable Environment (ISE) at the University of Oregon are proposing to bring Willamette Valley Choices into the present by studying relevant indicators of livability and developing forecasts of what those indicators may mean for the Valley in the future"--Background., "David Povey will act as Principal-in Charge for this project.
