Senate Bill 436 (2013) required Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) to focus on children's health in the development and adoption of their required CCO community health improvement plans. The Oregon Health Authority Transformation Center reviewed the plans to assess the degree to which they reflected the information requested in SB 436.
