House Bill 2002 (2015) created a Law Enforcement Profiling Work Group consisting of 10 members and to be chaired by the Attorney General. The Work Group was asked to prepare a report identifying any statutory changes needed, including recommendations for legislation, to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to the Judiciary no later than December 1, 2015.
