"The University of Oregon is conducting research to support the rulemaking process mandated by House Bill (HB) 4079. HB 4079 directs the Land Conservation and Development Commission to establish a pilot program in which local governments may site and develop affordable housing. Our work program includes research to understand characteristics of housing production and supply in HB 4079 eligible cities."
