Unity covered bridge, two miles north of Lowell, in Lane County, Oregon. It spans Fall Creek near the Fall Creek Reservoir. The bridge was built in 1936 and is supported by a 90-foot Howe truss, spanning Fall Creek. The bridge is unique because of a long window on the east side with its own "roof." The bridge was closed temporarily in 1986 for repairs. Note the sign in a strategic location giving the hours of service for Unity Methodist Church., Courtesy of State Library of Oregon.
