The intent of this study is to use performance based tests to evaluate mixtures with increased recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) and recycled asphalt shingles (RAS) content (up to 40 percent, or possibly higher) resulting in minimizing the potential cost, and providing environmental and performance benefits.
